I offer brief and/or long-term counseling support to individuals, couples, and families. I provide both in-person and telehealth options for individuals living in Idaho.

• 38-45 minute counseling session - $70-$90

• 53-60 minute counseling session - $110-$125

I contract and am in network with Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Select Health, Mountain Health Co-Op, CIGNA, PacificSource, and 30 other carriers under the Idaho Physician's Network umbrella.  I also accept cash pay clients and offer sliding-scale options to those who require financial assistance.  Due to the current pandemic, I am presently offering teletherapy appointments for safety and flexibility.
